ISKCON Radha-Krishna Temple - Lord Narsimhadeva visits Oxford St!

ISKCON Radha-Krishna Temple
Friday 12th May 2006 - Narsimha Chaturdashi Festival

The day was hot and sunny - the perfect atmosphere for Maha-Harinam! Lord Narsimhadeva was being stood up on Soho St, and as the devotees started gathering for Harinam, interested passers-by and employees on work-breaks also gathered round out of curiosity. Then Lord Narsimha began his birthday parade, mercifully giving His darshan to the countless tourists on either side of Oxford St, who stopped and looked at the ferocious form in amazement. Many took out their cameras and mobile cams to take a photo of the Lord. A perfect example of how modern technology should be used in God's service! When they inevitably show their friends the pics on their mobile of the 'Lion-parade' they saw yesterday, more and more people will get the mercy and darshan of Nrsimhadeva.

Shri Narsimha Bhagavan ki jaya!
